This is a fantastic way to get help and guidance between coaching calls. You don’t have to hold it all in until that call, you can reach out when you need to!

During the coaching calls, we will talk about what action you took based on our last call, work through the fears or problems that came up for you, talk about what came for you from the journal prompts and set up the next steps to take. Journal prompts will be sent after the call for you to work on.

​

During the guided meditation, I will guide you to meet a part of yourself that you are cut off from. You will have a conversation with that part. This tends to be very revealing and helpful and allows you to dig deeper into your fears so you can release them thereby lessening their power over you.

About My Intuitive Life Guidance 5 Step Process

​

 

1) Learning to Listen & Connect.  This is about recognition and awareness. It’s about noticing and listening to what you are hearing or feeling. This will deepen your connection with your intuition, your higher self and with the universe. Intuition is your inner magic that is key to your transformation.

 

2) Doing the Shadow Work and Healing.  Shadow work is about accessing, digging through and releasing the deep and often hidden fears, blocks and shame that we carry within us and that hold us back. This means that you will be able to identify when the ego, the fear-voice inside your head that often leads to self-sabotage, is ‘speaking’. Being able to identify when it speaks means you won’t identify with it and go down a rabbit hole. This means it is less likely to be in charge,hold you back and keep you stuck.

 

3) Learning to Trust.  Trust is so important. It’s a deep knowing or belief in yourself, your intuition, and the Universe (or God).It’s a connection to yourself and the Universe that allows you to move forward in faith knowing that everything is working out in the best possible way for you, even if you can’t see it right away.

 

4) Taking Inspired Action. This is about taking the next steps that will lead you closer to your dreams and goals. These steps are based on your own intuitive guidance as you learn how to check in with yourself to see how they feel. Intuitive action rather than action for actions sake, is the key principle here.

 

5) Integration and Transformation. Putting all these steps together will enable you to really feel the energy moving in your life. When we change our internal energy, our external experiences reflect this. Be prepared to open yourself up to the flow of the Universe as you realize you are moving onwards and upwards again! Be ready to celebrate the wonderful being that you truly are as you witness your own transformation.
